How long will my home renovation project take?

Each home remodel is unique. The duration of your project depends on multiple aspects. . We will work together with the homeowner to ensure it can be completed within the estimated time frame.

Will it be really dusty and dirty?

The dust and dirt will be the worst in the demolition phase. It's a good idea to throw a plastic sheet over nearby sensitive items like electronics or fine furniture during this phase. Since we are energy testing and remodeling, we can use the blower door to extract dust during heavy demo like tile removal which we have found extremely effective

How will I be kept informed about the progress of my project?

We will be easily accessible throughout the scope of your project by email, phone or in person.

Do I need a permit?

This depends on the scope and location of the project.  We can provide research and answers based upon each individual project.

What is your warranty guarantee?

Moxie Diagnostic & Remodel, LLC warrants all labor in its contract work with homeowner to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year.
